One client at a time. No distractions. No junior designers.
The process is designed to keep the weight on my side, not yours.
Consultation. A free call to talk through where you are, where you want to be, and whether this is the right fit. No obligation. If it’s a fit, we move on to the next step.
Paperwork & Homework. This is where the bulk of your work lives, but I’ve made it streamlined and simple. Contracts, invoicing, and scheduling, followed by a structured intake questionnaire and content collection - all through a dedicated client portal with built-in messaging. You’re never guessing what I need or when, and you can always reach me with questions.
Kick-Off Call. Sixty minutes to review your homework and set the strategic direction for design and build.
The Build. Design, build, review, revisions. You see the work as it comes together and have real input without managing the project yourself.
Launch & Learn. A 90-minute call to launch your site and walk you through everything you need to manage it going forward — if you want to.
Post-Launch Support. Four weeks of email support, because questions always come up once you’re living with it.

Yes. It’s the only platform I design on, which means you get a specialist, not a generalist stretched across five platforms.

The design/build phase of your project will start after all of your pre-work has been submitted and we’ve had our strategy call. Most projects start at about three weeks, but timeline depends on scope. Brand work or photography adds time. We’ll nail down the timeline on our consultation call once we know what we’re working with.

Logo (if desired), font & color selections. Need these? The Brand Styling add-on covers these.
Copy (text). If you, haven’t already worked with a copywriter I will create initial copy for you. See the copywriting FAQ about how I create initial copy for your site. If you are opposed to any use of AI, DIY guides can be provided, and I will do light copy-editing. If you don’t want to DIY, I can help you find a professional copywriter or other resources.
Images: Professional photos for your brand are always preferred. If you don’t have images, I can curate stock photography for you.
You can also add on the AI Headshots or Brand Image Suite.
Required Legal policies: A minimum of a Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are required. If you don’t already have these, I can recommend resources.

Depends on what you’re working with. If you have a current, professional brand identity that reflects where your business is now, we build around it. If your logo, colors, and fonts are dated or were never intentionally designed, the Brand Styling add-on handles that. If you need a full brand strategy, that’s a different service — we can talk about the right path on the call.

I am not a professional copywriter and do not provide full copywriting services. I use AI tools to organize your responses about your business from the content workbook I provide to assist me in crafting the initial copy for your website.
If you are strongly opposed to the use of AI tools I can provide you with guides to help you DIY your copy, and you will need to complete it as part of your homework.
However, if you need full copywriting services, I can help you find a professional to work with you (or other resources like courses or templates to consider). We would then schedule your design project to start after your copy is ready! -
No. Some clients have recent professional photography that works. Some prefer a traditional shoot or stock photography. The AI option is there for when a traditional shoot isn’t viable or when you want custom designed stock images.

During our initial call, we’ll scope out your full project. If you need more than what is included in the base packages, we’ll create a customized proposal.

Costs that are not included you are responsible for:
Squarespace plan (min of Core Plan). Get 20% off your first year with my discount.
Your Domain (your url name)
Cost of any third-party or additional Squarespace services needed: (i.e. Email service provider, scheduling software, etc.)
Cost of any design assets requested that are not free such as stock photography, custom fonts not available in Squarespace.

Payment terms for web design packages are:
1/3 due at booking to hold your date on my calendar.
1/3 at begin of the design phase (typically, the day of our strategy/kick-off call).
1/3 due on launch day. The website will not be handed off until the final payment is made.

My cancellation & rescheduling policies for each service are outlined in the contract you will be asked to review and sign.
