AI Transparency Statement

I believe in being transparent about the tools I use in my business.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of several tools I may use to support my work. Depending on the project, AI may assist with brainstorming, research, content development, image creation, organization, workflow efficiency, and administrative tasks. AI is used to support my work, not to replace my expertise, professional judgment, creativity, or oversight.

All client deliverables, recommendations, and published content are reviewed, edited, and approved by me before they are shared or delivered.

Website Content & Imagery

Many of the images featured on this website, including personal branding images, marketing visuals, and illustrative content, were created by me using AI tools as part of my creative process. These visuals are the result of human direction, creative decision-making, editing, and refinement, using AI as a tool to help bring ideas to life.

Some website copy may also be drafted, refined, or edited with the assistance of AI tools. All content is reviewed, edited, and approved by me before publication.

Client Work

With the exception of my AI headshot and brand image services, clients are never required to use AI tools to work with me.

When AI is incorporated into a service, it is used to enhance efficiency, creativity, or outcomes while remaining subject to human review and oversight. If a project involves the use of client-facing AI tools or workflows that materially affect the services being provided, I will communicate that as appropriate. I am clear about if/how it is used prior to booking and it is clearly documented in my contracts along with the option to not use any AI.

Privacy & Confidentiality

I take reasonable steps to protect confidential and sensitive information and strive to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully in accordance with applicable privacy, confidentiality, and professional obligations. However, no technology can guarantee absolute security, and clients should avoid sharing highly sensitive information unless specifically requested and appropriate safeguards are in place.
