Payment is due in full upon booking and is non-refundable. You may reschedule your session based on my availability.
Cancellations and no-shows are not refundable. If you need to reschedule but cannot, and notify me in advance, I will record the review of my recommendations and email it to you. You will still have one follow-up email to ask me any questions.
